4. How to Request a Refund or Resolution

  1. Contact me at info@isabel-art.guru with a detailed description of the issue.
  2. If possible, include screenshots or other evidence of the problem.
  3. I will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
  4. If the issue is related to a digital download, I will either replace the model or assist you in resolving the printing issue.
  5. If the issue relates to custom work or a consultation, I will work with you to offer revisions or support as needed.
