I strive to provide the highest quality 3D modeling services and digital assets, ensuring that your experience with me is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Please read my Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (STL Files, Models for Download)
As my digital products are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged, I do not offer refunds on any digital downloads or 3D models once they have been delivered.
However, if there are issues with the file, such as errors in the model or incompatibility with your printer, I am happy to work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement model or providing technical support to ensure the file works correctly. If you experience any issues with the model, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds may be issued if:
- The digital product is defective or incomplete
- You experience technical issues that cannot be resolved
2. Custom Modeling Services
For custom 3D modeling services, as the work is done specifically to your request, I do not offer refunds once the work has started.
If you feel that the final model does not meet your expectations or the agreed-upon specifications, I will work with you to revise it until it satisfies your requirements. Two rounds of revisions are included at no additional charge. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
If the service is canceled before work has started, a full refund will be issued.
3. Consulting and Tutorials
If you have purchased a consulting session or tutorial and wish to cancel the session, please let me know at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. I will provide a full refund for cancellations made 48 hours before the session. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session, no refund will be issued.
If you are dissatisfied with the session or feel the content didn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to provide additional support or clarification.
4. How to Request a Refund or Resolution
If you have any issues with the product or service you’ve purchased, please follow these steps:
- Contact me at info@isabel-art.guru with a detailed description of the issue.
- If possible, include screenshots or other evidence of the problem.
- I will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
- If the issue is related to a digital download, I will either replace the model or assist you in resolving the printing issue.
- If the issue relates to custom work or a consultation, I will work with you to offer revisions or support as needed.
5. No Refunds for Completed Services
Please note that once a service has been completed (e.g., when the final model has been delivered or a consultation session has been held), no refunds are available.
6. Force Majeure
In the unlikely event of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures that prevent me from completing your order, I will inform you promptly and offer an alternative solution or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
